Prize: (2) single-day tickets to Busch Gardens, Tampa to experience Summer Celebration.
Period: July 5, 2022 - July 12, 2022

• Sponsor: Wiregrass SPE, LLC; QIC Properties US, Inc; QIC US Management, Inc; QIC Corporate Management; QIC Webster, LLC; The Shops at Wiregrass; CBRE, Inc. and their subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Eligibility: Sweepstakes are open only to all legal United States residents 13 years of age or older.
• How to Enter: Entrants must download The Shops at Wiregrass Rewards app on the Apple app store or Google Play and opt-in for “Rewards” by Tuesday, July 12th.
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
• Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly on Tuesday July 12, 2022 from all eligible entries received and will be notified by email on or about Wednesday July 13, 2022. *Winner may not substitute or transfer prize. In the event that a winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner.
• Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor is not responsible for failure of winner to receive the prize for any reason whatsoever.
  *Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, or misdirected mail or unsafe arrival of a prize, certificate or package.
• Taxes: Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at more than $600. If won by a minor, the prize may be awarded in the parent’s or guardian’s name.
• Release: By participating in this sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize , Entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor(and its parent, subsidiary, affiliates and successor companies), its advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents representatives, and employees (together, collectively, the “Released parties”) harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.
• Authorization: Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry material in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation or obligation.
• Prize Redemption: The winner has 30 days from the date Sponsor sends notification to redeem prize. Failure to redeem the prize within this time period will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
• Miscellaneous:
  • Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to request as a condition of receiving the prize that the Entrant provide proof of winner’s age, residency, legal status, and sign and return any releases requested by Sponsor.
  • If Sponsor discovers that Winner is ineligible for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prize indefinitely.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
